About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Preparation and follow-up: Create presentation materials for onboarding and review meetings. After meetings, summarize outcomes and enter follow-up actions into our system.
  • First-line support: Serve as the first point of contact for written customer inquiries, respond confidently or route them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Project tracking: Closely monitor customer projects and track progress and key milestones.
  • Health score checks: Analyze customers' usage of our software and proactively identify areas where we can provide assistance.
  • Conducting batch analyses: Coordinate and support our batch analyses and evaluate them in a clear, professional manner.
  • Content creation: Support the creation of help articles and best-practice guides for our customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field) at a university or university of applied sciences, with at least one year remaining, and are available for 20 hours per week
  • You are highly organized and maintain an overview even while working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are confident in written and spoken communication (German & English) and comfortable engaging directly with customers
  • You are proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and transparently.
