About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation and follow-up: Create presentation materials for onboarding and review meetings. After meetings, summarize outcomes and enter follow-up actions into our system.
First-line support: Serve as the first point of contact for written customer inquiries, respond confidently or route them to the appropriate internal teams.
Project tracking: Closely monitor customer projects and track progress and key milestones.
Health score checks: Analyze customers' usage of our software and proactively identify areas where we can provide assistance.
Conducting batch analyses: Coordinate and support our batch analyses and evaluate them in a clear, professional manner.
Content creation: Support the creation of help articles and best-practice guides for our customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are currently enrolled in a degree program (Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field) at a university or university of applied sciences, with at least one year remaining, and are available for 20 hours per week
You are highly organized and maintain an overview even while working on multiple projects simultaneously
You are confident in written and spoken communication (German & English) and comfortable engaging directly with customers
You are proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done
You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and transparently.
