About the role

  • Preparation and follow-up: Create presentation materials for onboarding and review meetings. After meetings, summarize the outcomes and log next steps in our system.
  • First-line support: Serve as the primary contact for written customer inquiries, respond confidently or forward them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Project tracking: Monitor customer projects closely and track progress and key milestones.
  • Health score checks: Analyze customer usage of our software and proactively identify areas where we can provide support.
  • Performing batch analyses: Organize and oversee our batch analyses and evaluate the results in a clear and professional manner.
  • Content creation: Assist in producing help articles and best-practice guides for our customers.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, communications, business informatics, or a comparable field at a university or technical college, with at least one year remaining, and are available for 20 hours per week.
  • You appreciate structure and can keep track of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are confident in your written and spoken communication skills (German & English) and are comfortable with direct customer contact.
  • You anticipate where work is needed and think one step ahead.
  • You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and transparently.
