About the role

  • Development and maintenance of backend components and systems using Python
  • Administration and maintenance of AWS infrastructures, including EC2 instances, API gateways, VPC, S3, and DynamoDB
  • Containerization of applications with Docker and administration of Docker environments
  • Testing and debugging to ensure high software quality and performance
  • Support with troubleshooting and providing technical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a backend engineer or in a similar role with a focus on developing scalable web applications or platforms
  • Very good knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Shell, Terraform, Flutter
  • Proficient in AI application layers (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude-Caude, Codex, Gemini-CLI)
  • Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB
  • Initial experience working with AWS services such as EC2, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stacks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for technology
  • Nice to have: Experience with containerization technologies, especially Docker
  • Nice to have FastAPI experience
