Support virtual events and webinars: proposal and preparation
Create and curate content for the monthly community newsletter
Manage Student Place social media: plan content, design graphics, write captions, and post-event content
Assist with post-event evaluations, liquidations, and content creation for social media and newsletters
Support on-site recruitment drives: venue arrangements, site/landing page creation, and content creation
Coordinate partner programs (e.g., SUNLIFE) and telecounseling content, billing, and completed sessions
Assist monthly reward program creation, awarding execution, and gift delivery
Conduct data verification for work anniversaries and prepare event liquidations
Help plan and execute department meetings, icebreakers, engagement activities, and regional meet-ups
Provide administrative support for partner programs and other department initiatives
Requirements
Proactive and organized with excellent communication skills
Passion for creating a positive and supportive community environment
Experience in community management, event planning, or employee engagement
Ability to coordinate suppliers, draft budgets, and manage logistics
Content creation skills: newsletter writing, social media planning, graphic design, caption writing
Post-event evaluation and liquidation reporting skills
Administrative support skills for recruitment, partner programs, and telecounseling coordination
Data verification and reporting skills for work anniversaries and event liquidations
