About the role

  • Create custom designs for products like murals, wallpapers, pillows, blankets, and other home products based on customer specifications.
  • Prepare and optimize digital files for various output methods, ensuring they meet specific production standards for print, web, or other digital platforms.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are correctly formatted, versioned, and easily accessible for projects.
  • Implement precise color management techniques and perform pre-press checks for consistent reproduction across materials and printing processes.
  • Execute precise layout adjustments and typesetting for various collateral, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and optimal readability.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks on all designs to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from project specifications.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready assets.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant production software.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign ), with strong knowledge of file preparation, color management, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in preparing digital assets for print and digital output.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for consistency and error detection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical design and file preparation issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills for effective team interaction.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Main Device (Computer or Laptop) : Processor: Intel i5-10th gen and above (or AMD counterpart); RAM: 8 GB (16 GB is preferred); Storage: 256 GB (500 GB to 1 TB extra storage is preferred); GPU: 2 GB (4 GB is preferred).
  • Backup Device : Processor: Core i3 or Ryzen 3 and above (5th Gen) or AMD equivalent; RAM: 4 GB; Storage: 112 GB.
  • The use of mobile phones or tablets is not accepted for this role.
  • Internet Connectivity: 10 MBPS.
