About the role
- Manage and execute high-stakes AI data projects across reinforcement learning and pre-training workstreams, ensuring technical and operational excellence at scale.
- Partner directly with AI Labs to define project requirements, success metrics, and quality systems while navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles.
- Build clear project execution plans and keep them on track through proactive risk identification, dependency management, and resource coordination across time zones.
- Communicate with precision to stakeholders and leadership, providing clear, actionable updates that drive alignment and keep complex, fast-moving projects de-risked.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects in AI data operations.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work, with genuine interest and knowledge of generative AI, post-training, and pre-training methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and solve complex challenges with urgency and complete accountability.
- Technical proficiency and communication skills to build scalable systems and drive high-impact initiatives autonomously.
