About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing administrative activities for client in SuccessFactors;
- Creating items, classes, alternate job classifications, curricula, making assignments, retiring items, processing item credit,
- Supporting client with questions about LMS, helping manage group inbox,
- Participating in process improvement initiatives, assisting with development and maintenance of departmental job aids,
- Attending and participating in team meetings, providing reporting and analysis on standard operating procedures and other training related efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years SuccessFactors LMS experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service type role
- High School diploma or equivalent required, associate’s degree preferred
