About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and deliver classroom training, workshops, Train the Trainer (T3) events, and exercises (TTX/CPX/FTX) aligned with the DTRA Chemical Security Program.
- Develop Programs of Instruction (POIs), curricula, slide decks, instructor guides, student materials, scenarios, and assessments using a structured instructional design methodology (e.g., ADDIE).
- Design Train the Trainer (T3) and Take Home packages.
- Plan, support, and participate in regional symposiums.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, education, political science, international affairs. Can be waived with 8 yrs experience.
- 8–10 years of experience in chemical security, CBRN defense, hazardous materials management, chemical forensics, or related fields.
- Platform Instructor Experience.
- Desired: DTRA, Military, DHS, FBI, DoS, Interagency experience
