About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deliver classroom training, workshops, Train the Trainer (T3) events, and exercises (TTX/CPX/FTX) aligned with the DTRA Chemical Security Program.
Develop Programs of Instruction (POIs), curricula, slide decks, instructor guides, student materials, scenarios, and assessments using a structured instructional design methodology (e.g., ADDIE).
Design Train the Trainer (T3) and Take Home packages.
Plan, support, and participate in regional symposiums.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, education, political science, international affairs. Can be waived with 8 yrs experience.
8–10 years of experience in chemical security, CBRN defense, hazardous materials management, chemical forensics, or related fields.
Platform Instructor Experience.
Desired: DTRA, Military, DHS, FBI, DoS, Interagency experience
