About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as primary point of contact to DTRA COR, KO, and U.S. Embassies for all SEART activities
Manage cost, schedule, and performance; ensure on time delivery of all CDRLs
Oversee planning and execution of training, workshops, and exercises across the region
Responsible for the supervision of all in-region V2X and Subcontractor staff
Ensure standards and practices are enforced, and quality of all products and services are maintained
Assist in recruitment of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Responsible for adherence to scheduled timelines, milestones, schedules, and administrative requirements
Responsible for collaborative assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of chemical security training to SEA partner nations
Maintain oversight of initial & follow-on assessments and the identification of partner nation training needs
Manage & coordinate program requests for resources and review of recurring cost and funding reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a United States citizen
Proof of citizenship and a Secret clearance
8–10 years of experience in Program Management, International Training, Security Assistance, International Cooperation
Experienced in CBRN Operations, WMD/Chemical Forensics, Attribution, Hazardous Sampling and Identification
MBA, Graduate Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or Chemistry
DAWIA Advanced Certification in Contracting or Program Management or a PMP
Proven organizational and management skills
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to timely implement new solutions
Fundamentally computer literate, including personal computer, word processing, database input, etc.
Ability to support periodic travel
