About the role
- Own the early stages of the sales process by researching, qualifying, and nurturing inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges, and identify qualified opportunities for Account Executives
- Take a consultative approach to advising prospects on how UXCam can support their product and business goals
- Build strong product and industry knowledge in mobile analytics and stay up to date on relevant trends
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales peers on outbound strategies and campaign execution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot, using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and others for research
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role within SaaS
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and resilient in the face of rejection
- Highly organized and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Apollo)
- Coachable mindset — you actively seek feedback and continuously look to improve
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
- Right to work in Germany (no visa sponsorship available for this role)
