About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, administer, and deliver assigned webinars and virtual learning events according to established procedures and production standards
  • Complete event setup, pre-production testing, and readiness checks
  • Monitor live events and troubleshoot or escalate technical and production issues
  • Provide technical support to presenters, learners, and event participants
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
  • Complete post-event attendance processing, quality assurance, reporting, documentation, and content distribution
  • Maintain accurate event information, production records, and internal documentation
  • Follow standard operating procedures and exercise sound judgment
  • Collaborate with internal teams on event execution and communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve production quality, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Participate in evening, weekend, and extended-hours event coverage as required
  • Perform other assigned duties

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based collaboration tools preferred
  • Experience with video or media-editing applications preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Familiarity with standard audio, video, camera, and microphone technologies preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media production, information technology, audio/visual technology, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience in live production, webinar delivery, technical support, customer service, or another fast-paced operational environment preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing or time-sensitive setting preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, occasional extended hours, and adjusted schedules based on production needs
  • Ability to remain at a workstation for extended periods and regularly use standard computer hardware and equipment
