About the role
- Lead platform growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to support ACHIEV®’s business objectives
- Define and optimize the digital funnel from awareness to activation
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics teams
- Manage digital content strategy including webinars, whitepapers, and messaging
- Support SEO and website performance for discoverability
- Own marketing automation strategy including lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns
- 15-20 % travel required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, IT, Business, Marketing, or Communications required.
- 5–10 years of experience managing digital projects and campaigns required.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in global organizations across marketing, business, or IT required.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Life Sciences/Biotech experience preferred but not required
