About the role
- Improve communications for Student Financial Services to serve students and families
- Draft student-friendly social media posts and assist with short videos/reels
- Brainstorm, plan, and create informative website and social media content using tools like Canva
- Review written content from student perspective and provide feedback
- Assist with website content updates and light proofreading
- Support financial wellness events and take photos/short clips at events
- Gather student testimonials and summarize engagement data
- Mostly remote work with occasional in-person activities at Carruthers Hall and Central Grounds
Requirements
- work study-eligible student
- Preference for 1st-year students (undergraduate or graduate/professional)
- No prior multi-media experience required but is a plus
- Upload resume, 300-word writing sample, one-page cover letter
