About the role
- Coordination and management of clinical operations within UVA Community Health Medical Group.
- Provide clinical supervision and ensure standardization of clinical processes across clinics.
- Direct clinical support to clinic leadership, providers, and front-line clinical staff.
- Facilitate change and participate in project management within Ambulatory Operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to clinical practice, patient outcomes, and staff satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience required.
- 4 years of supervisory experience required.
- Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
