Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in L2/L3 Tech Support OR a solid track record as a Senior Support Agent / Support Manager within a FinTech, Crypto, or payment processing environment
  • Log & Troubleshooting Experience: hands-on experience working with logs and using monitoring tools to trace transaction errors
  • Tech Foundation: understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON structures
  • Tooling: comfortable using Postman to validate requests
  • Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Ukrainian/Russian language skills
