About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interpret the client brief and collaborate with CGI artists, interior designers, and architects to create and develop creative concepts that complement and enhance the overall design and user experience
Produce Interior Sketches, detailed drawings, schedules, and 3d renders.
Specify high-quality finishes, products and fixtures aligned with the project aesthetic and goals
Produce FF&E documentations and packages
Collaborate with procurement for sourcing and purchasing FF&E
Coordinate with local suppliers, designers, and manufacturers.
Design spaces that are suitable and optimized for a high end user experience.
Adjust designs based on client feedback while maintaining functionality
Independently explore innovative materials and techniques that enhance future projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Interior Design / Interior architecture, or equivalent
Proven experience in Interior design within high-end residential / hospitality projects
At least five to ten years of professional experience as an Interior Designer
Advanced knowledge of material properties and solutions
Ability to think from small to big scale in spatial setups
Fluency in 2d/3d software such as AutoCAD, (3ds max, Rhino, Grasshopper Sketch-Up), and Adobe Suite programs (Id, Ps, and Ai)
Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumnion, Vray, etc.)
Interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of meeting high industry standards
Portfolio sample of work (both professional and academic)
professional level of English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus
Ability to work remotely
