About the role

  • Project execution: Lead projects from setup through implementation to the final report using comprehensive (agile) management methods
  • Project status reporting and follow-up: Prepare content for ongoing projects for our clients and internal use, and document completed projects and their outcomes
  • Team lead and motivator: Understand team dynamics, allocate tasks sensibly and purposefully, and ensure projects are completed within their scope and timelines
  • Management of IT projects: The energy industry of tomorrow requires digitalization of existing processes — we need you to drive IT transformation and ensure target achievement in our ongoing projects
  • Possible project topics: municipal heat planning, energy data management, smart metering systems, e-mobility, and more

Requirements

  • A completed Master’s degree in business, energy engineering, engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in both agile and traditional project management — ideally with energy-sector references
  • Experience in project leadership and people management, for example in IT projects or process optimization initiatives
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with specialized topics and technologies
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and the competence to lead it purposefully
  • German language skills at C1 level
