About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support to all employees and visitors as the first point of contact in the office
  • Manage and allocate equipment for new starters and existing employees
  • Manage and oversee desk bookings
  • Manage new starter and leaver employee processes
  • Maintain accurate equipment registers and building records
  • Organise and oversee office equipment maintenance and manage contractors where applicable
  • Support and make room bookings
  • Keep the office tidy and well presented
  • Complete office compliance checks and keep compliance documentation current
  • Liaise with the landlord/property management team
  • Monitor and order stationery and office supplies when required
  • Perform general day-to-day office administration, including sorting/scanning post and emptying dishwashers
  • Provide administrative support for sustainability management and social value
  • Book travel and accommodation and maintain accurate request logs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a facilities or receptionist role
  • Experience in administration
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven stakeholder engagement
  • Strong team player
  • Flexible and proactive, with a can-do attitude
  • Highly organised
  • Approachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled in data management and maintaining accurate records
  • Proficient and up to date in using Microsoft Office packages
