Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across different locations and time zones
- Oversee the full recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance
- Assign roles to recruiters, monitor progress, and make sure hiring goals are met
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Review recruitment pipelines and help recruiters move candidates through the process efficiently
- Improve recruiting workflows, communication, reporting, and team performance
- Track hiring progress, open positions, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity
- Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve results and candidate quality
- Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal managers
- Support international hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activity across multiple markets
- Maintain accurate information in the ATS and ensure proper use of recruitment tools
- Help build strong sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
- Experience working with international teams is required
- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines
- Experience hiring white and blue collar roles
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Experience improving recruitment processes and recruiter performance
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
