About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on end-to-end ownership of software delivery.
- Lead a cross-functional team responsible for building secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Guide delivery across the full software lifecycle with hands-on contribution.
- Promote high engineering standards through code reviews and automation.
- Support engineers through coaching and clear progression plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with React, React Native or Python.
- Strong technical capability with hands ‑ on approach.
- Comfortable navigating complex technical decisions and setting high engineering standards.
- Genuine interest in people leadership.
- Ability to coach and provide regular feedback to engineers.
- Experience guiding teams through the full software lifecycle.
