About the role
- Attend domestic and commercial properties to investigate and resolve smart meter alerts
- Engage with customers at pre-warrant and warrant appointments
- Discuss repayment options and agree suitable resolutions
- Install and exchange smart meters when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with outcomes
Requirements
- Qualified Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer
- CMA1/CCN1 or equivalent, MET1, MOCOPA
- Previous experience as a Smart Meter Engineer
- 3-Phase and Medium pressure qualifications are desirable
