About the role
- Own Utila’s product messaging and narrative - translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions and ICP-specific messaging for institutional audiences.
- Build all sales enablement collaterals - Including decks, one-pagers, brochures, battlecards, datasheets, case studies, and a centralized PMM resource library.
- Lead product & feature launches end-to-end , owning the launch calendar and producing all launch assets while aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing on launch goals and success metrics.
- Drive competitive, market, and customer intelligence through research.
- Build battlecards, monitor industry trends, gather customer insights, and refine messaging and use-case direction accordingly.
- Co-own website copy and thought leadership (product pages, use cases, and technical blogs) and collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent, technically accurate product messaging across all GTM channels.
- Lead partner and ecosystem marketing by driving co-marketing initiatives, integration announcements, and joint value propositions across Utila’s ecosystem of partners, customers, and integrations.
- Ensure cross-functional team alignment on messaging, positioning, ICPs, and competitive landscape while bringing clarity, structure, and rigor to Utila’s overall product storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Marketing Managers experience in B2B / B2E SaaS , ideally in crypto, fintech, security, or infrastructure, with demonstrated ability to work across Product, Sales, and Engineering.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and translate them into clear, enterprise-ready messaging for banks, fintechs, trading firms, and payment companies.
- Proven expertise in creating high-quality product marketing materials , including product decks, one-pagers, datasheets, explainers, landing pages, and other GTM enablement assets.
- End-to-end ownership of product launches and ecosystem marketing , supporting revenue teams and driving impactful GTM execution.
- Strong competitive research, market analysis, and communication skills , with high ownership, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
