About the role

  • Own and manage Utila’s global events calendar, identifying and prioritizing conferences, partner activations, and ecosystem opportunities aligned with our GTM strategy and ICPs.
  • Define Utila’s event objectives and involvement (sponsorship tier, booth presence, speaking slots, tickets, co-hosted side events etc) in alignment with Marketing, BD, and Sales goals.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics: budget planning and tracking, contracts, vendor and venue management, travel coordination, booth design, collateral, swag, and on-site operations etc.
  • Plan and execute Utila-hosted side events (executive dinners, networking sessions, and thought leadership events) to strengthen relationships with Tier-1 prospects and partners.
  • Identify and manage partners and co-hosts for side events, joint activations, sponsorships, and ecosystem collaborations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional event prep: align with BD on pre-event outreach, briefing sales with Tier 1 prospect lists, syncing with Ops on travel and logistics, and supporting Partnerships/CS on partner and client engagement.
  • Drive pre-, during-, and post-event social marketing campaigns (social, email, web) to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Track and measure event ROI with clear KPIs (meetings booked, leads generated, pipeline contribution, brand visibility etc.).
  • Deliver post-event reports and recommendations, continuously updating Utila’s events playbook to improve strategy and execution for future events.
  • Serve as Utila’s remote/on-site lead at events, ensuring flawless execution, professional representation, and seamless coordination across teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of event management/marketing experience, ideally in crypto or fintech B2B SaaS.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Ops, and Partnerships.
