About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and execute strategies to build your agency and sales plan
Recruit and inspire new agents as well as create depth in existing agency relationships
Develop and monitor territorial/state agency plans
Spearhead agency/territorial review process
Know and properly administer the various components of the customer bonus plan
Manage Agency Production Initiatives to meet territorial objectives
Establish and monitor individual customer commitments
Own loyalty and retention initiatives such as relationship building at all levels of an agency
Develop and monitor territorial/state target market plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' experience in P&C Commercial Lines marketing or underwriting preferred
In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including competitors, trends, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead talent toward a common goal
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Significant insurance education, such as INS, AU, CPCU or the demonstrated willingness to pursue insurance education is strongly recommended.
Candidates that don't meet the above experience/education, may be considered as Field Sales Representative
