About the role
- Responsible for managing and settling a high volume of insurance claims within assigned authority
- Extensive interaction with insured individuals, their legal representatives, and customer agents
- Prepare and submit reports within specified time frames in accordance with the Claims Technical Manual and supervisory requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned and ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and procedures
- Operate on an independent basis with limited supervision in handling/settling a high volume of claims
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Equivalent experience
- 3-4 years adjusting experience in first party property line of business (personal and commercial) preferred
