About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides high-level quantitative analysis to support UIPA’s strategic and operational goals.
Assists with annual budget preparation and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
Develops and runs sophisticated financial models to forecast tax increment generation.
Prepares or reviews the financial calculations related to authorized 'cap' for tax increment use.
Assists in the design and maintenance of financial dashboards for Executive Leadership and the Board.
Performs comprehensive credit analysis and financial due diligence on all Authority Infrastructure Bank (AIB) and tax increment loan applicants.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
3–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate FP&A, or data science/BI analysis.
Experience in public sector finance or infrastructure development is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and long-range forecasting is required, along with the technical ability to analyze and visualize large datasets to support complex project assessments.
