About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and execute a comprehensive major gifts fundraising strategy
Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors and family foundations
Manage a portfolio of 75 donors
Leverage wealth analytics to qualify new prospects
Maintain an active schedule of moves management to prospect and steward donors
Collaborate with the Major Gifts team for strategies and revenue growth
Prepare and present oral and written reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
5+ years work experience in individual, foundation, and corporate giving/sponsorship development role
At least 2 years of experience as a frontline fundraiser managing a portfolio of individual donors
Track record of directly soliciting and securing gifts of $25,000+
Relevant experience in a national or global organization preferred
