About the role
- Oversee full-funnel growth strategy from awareness and lead acquisition through pipeline creation and acceleration
- Build and maintain a predictable demand engine using inbound, outbound, and ABM campaigns
- Develop, execute, and scale campaigns balancing short-term pipeline generation with long-term brand growth
- Set and exceed KPIs such as cost-per-opportunity, pipeline contribution, and marketing-sourced revenue
- Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs and partner with Sales on account strategies
- Identify and lead creation of content and assets (1-pagers, gated content, webinars, ads) for demand gen
- Launch, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns; test and adopt new channels to expand reach
- Run growth experiments across landing pages, conversion paths, and nurture streams to improve funnel efficiency
- Leverage engagement data and attribution insights to inform strategy and improve targeting
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Customer Success; provide marketing enablement tools
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives and manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, and technologies
- Stay current on growth trends and introduce innovative tactics and tools
Requirements
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing roles within B2B technology/SaaS
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue through multi-channel campaigns
- Strong experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, Rollworks)
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent)
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic), email nurture, and content syndication
- Analytical and results-driven; comfortable owning KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and CAC
- Exceptional collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations teams
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly adaptable in a high-growth startup environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with leadership potential
