About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align business objectives with employees and management in designated academic units.
- Formulate partnerships across the University and provide strategic support to employees and leadership.
- Perform work under leadership of the Director of Health HR or other executive leader.
- Provide leadership and direct or indirect supervision to Health HRBP I.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of HR experience; or
- Master’s degree in related field and 2 years of HR experience.
- 4 years of HR related experience or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred.
