About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit and retain study subjects while coordinating their visits
  • Manage data gathered as a result of their participation in research projects
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and IRB guidelines and regulations
  • Sample retrieving, processing, and shipping for investigator led, and sponsored studies
  • Manage the division’s major biorepository while maintaining laboratory functions and safety

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in office or administrative support or in research support
  • College education may be substituted for the required experience on a year for year basis
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field directly related to the program responsibilities (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a clinical research setting (preferred)
  • Experience with creating and maintaining research databases preferred
  • Previous experience with prior authorizations for medically necessary procedures and medications (preferred)
