Key responsibilities & impact

Provides pre award research support to the administration of USF Health and College of Medicine Office of Research.
Works closely with faculty and students in the development of proposals
Ensures compliance with applicable sponsor, University and USF Health regulations, guidelines, and processes
Provides technical assistance to facilitate the development of grant proposals
Assists in critical review, writing, and editing of research proposals
Calculates budgets and ensures inclusion of all appropriate and required elements including direct and indirect costs,
Assists in developing budget justifications, review of sub-recipient budgets and justifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
four years of research or research administration experience
Master's degree may substitute for two years of the required experience
