About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides pre award research support to the administration of USF Health and College of Medicine Office of Research.
- Works closely with faculty and students in the development of proposals
- Ensures compliance with applicable sponsor, University and USF Health regulations, guidelines, and processes
- Provides technical assistance to facilitate the development of grant proposals
- Assists in critical review, writing, and editing of research proposals
- Calculates budgets and ensures inclusion of all appropriate and required elements including direct and indirect costs,
- Assists in developing budget justifications, review of sub-recipient budgets and justifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- four years of research or research administration experience
- Master's degree may substitute for two years of the required experience
