Junior HR Business Partner – Health
USF HealthJr. HR Business Partner supporting HR matters for USF Health team members.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
- Processes non-faculty recruitment and personnel actions including appointment extensions, FTE changes, terminations and offer letters.
- Participates in unit timecard oversight and line manager support as necessary to ensure timely pay for non-exempt employees.
- May support volunteer appointments.
- Leads, creates, and/or supports special project initiatives and deliverables.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience -OR- HR Internship experience.
