About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Processes non-faculty recruitment and personnel actions including appointment extensions, FTE changes, terminations and offer letters.
  • Participates in unit timecard oversight and line manager support as necessary to ensure timely pay for non-exempt employees.
  • May support volunteer appointments.
  • Leads, creates, and/or supports special project initiatives and deliverables.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience -OR- HR Internship experience.
