Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with registration, graduation, certification and transfer evaluation for undergraduate students
Collaborate with academic departments, colleges and special program offices regarding policies
Provide administrative coordination for assigned undergraduate programs
Interpret and apply academic policies and procedures related to student records
Maintain knowledge of university policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of experience in office or administrative positions
University experience with registration and graduation (preferred)
Knowledge of FERPA, MS Office, TES, BANNER/OASIS and DegreeWorks (preferred)
Proficient in Word and basic functions of Excel (preferred)
