About the role
- Create and execute the production of high-quality multimedia content and marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team, healthcare professionals, and course development teams to develop engaging content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure multimedia content resonates with diverse learners and international clients
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of multimedia campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
- Produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, infographics, podcasts, and other formats
- Implement high-level production and post-production techniques
- Manage and maintain media asset libraries, archives, and distribution systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, technical writing, digital media, or related field, with two years of experience in related positions; or, 6 years of experience in learning design, digital media or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including healthcare and marketing professionals and course development teams
- Demonstrated experience in producing multimedia content across a variety of formats, including graphic design, videos, animations, infographics, podcasts, and more
- Knowledge of marketing and social media analytics and ability to use data to inform and optimize multimedia campaigns
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience updating web content via platforms like WordPress or similar
- Proficient in video cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment and accessories
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
