• Bring static UI screens to life with strong timing, pacing, anticipation, impact, and readability.
• Partner with UI/UX Designers to improve hierarchy, clarity, and emotional impact through motion.
• Partner with Game Designers and Product to reinforce key player motivations such as rewards, progression, streaks, bonuses, and achievement.
• Work with Unity Engineers to implement, tune, and optimize UI animation and effects in-game.
• Help create reusable motion patterns and feedback systems that can scale across features.
• Maintain high visual quality while respecting mobile performance, memory, and production constraints.

• Act as the primary bridge between the Art and Engineering teams, ensuring the seamless integration of all art assets, including 2D, 3D, and animation into the Unity game engine.
• Architect, document, and maintain the art asset creation and export pipelines.
• Develop custom tools, scripts, and automation to empower artists and streamline tasks.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical art bottlenecks.
• Maintain an optimal balance between visual quality and performance across all target mobile devices.
• Design, create, and implement high-quality, performant visual effects to enhance visual fidelity.
• Collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot and solve complex creative and technical issues.
• Develop and maintain custom shaders, materials, and lighting setups within Unity.
