About the role
- Consistently exceed your annual quota across SaaS and Services in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environment
- Identify and develop new opportunities with named, high-fit enterprise accounts within your territory
- Lead full-cycle sales engagements from prospecting through to close, leveraging internal resources and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams to build pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition
- Articulate the unique business and technical value of UserTesting to both champions and executive decision-makers
- Forecast opportunities accurately, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Clari to track pipeline and performance metrics
- Contribute strategic feedback to enhance our solution offerings and future roadmap
Requirements
- 7+ years of successful Enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding quota and closing 6–7 figure deals
- Proven experience landing net new logos and navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles in large, matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding and practical application of structured sales methodologies (we use MEDDPICC)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills—comfortable selling to and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Highly organized, resilient, and coachable team player with a desire to learn and continuously improve
- Comfortable using sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Google Workspace, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo/Cognism
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and regional UserTesting offices as needed
