About the role

  • Act as an escalation point for complex ITSM issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Assist Senior IT System admins in IT Tool Sets management
  • Manage technical debt and optimize IT workflows
  • Document procedures, system changes, and troubleshooting workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise IT systems in a system admin
  • Ability to work in a Kanban style environment
  • Ability to create and maintain documentation from an ITSM perspective
  • Experience with OKTA workflows and/or automation
  • Certification in Okta or Microsoft / Intune is a plus
  • Ability to train and mentor IT Support staff on ITSM practices
