Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and other paid outlets.
Own the paid media budget, forecasting spend, and ensuring campaigns deliver against defined CPA, MQL, and pipeline targets.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to define creative strategy, optimize ad copy and visuals, and ensure the quality and relevance of landing pages and website content used to drive traffic and conversions.
Work closely with the Head of SEO and their content creation team to ensure paid search keywords align with organic strategies, and to effectively repurpose high-performing content into compelling ad creative.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis, interpreting data to derive actionable insights and adjust campaign tactics.
Manage A/B testing across all campaign elements, including ad copy, visuals, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot to attribute campaign influence to revenue.
Continuously monitor industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Serve as the in-house expert for advanced features within LinkedIn Campaign Manager (e.g., Lead Gen Forms, Matched Audiences, Conversation Ads).
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Google Ads management, including structuring complex campaigns, optimizing Quality Scores, and managing complex bid strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on, dedicated experience managing significant paid digital advertising budgets, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven expertise and mastery of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and familiarity with emerging/niche platforms.
Deep understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, lead scoring, and the relationship between marketing activities and sales pipeline.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience using reporting tools (Google Analytics and Campaign Manager) and strong proficiency in manipulating data within Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data and strategies to stakeholders.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and commute to our Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
