Requirements
- 3+ years of UX research experience, ideally in SaaS or growth-focused products
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Highly organized, with ability to structure complex insights into clear requirements
- Strong communicator, able to bridge user understanding with product decision-making
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working across design, product, and engineering teams
- Authorization to work in Ireland (application form asks applicants)
