Senior Associate, Business Development

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support territory and account planning activities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct prospecting and outreach campaigns
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success teams
- Contribute to pipeline generation and market development across Belgium and the Netherlands
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, business development, inside sales, or a related commercial role
- A demonstrated interest and relevant experience in prospecting, research, and lead generation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with relevant stakeholders
- Proactive self-starter, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Interest in ESG and sustainable finance
- English and Dutch fluency (essential)
