About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable to the unit Manager and/or the Director of the department
- Adherence to identified nursing standards of practice
- Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates each patient’s nursing care
- Responsible for the nursing care provided by LVN, CNA, nursing student, and/or logistics technician
- Understanding and participating in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program
- Demonstrates positive attitude and supportive teamwork
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in nursing
- A current RN licensure in the State of California is required
- Possess basic computer skills, required
- A registered nurse with current RN experience in the specific service or department is preferred
- One-year acute care experience, preferred
