About the role
- Develop and maintain code across the full technology stack
- Debug issues and implement solutions to complex problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Learn new technologies and apply them to current projects
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development principles
- Experience with one or more programming languages from our tech stack (C#, JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server or MySQL)
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Understanding of when to utilize GenAI tools appropriately and when to code without assistance
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities.
