Product Manager

• Backlog Management and Prioritization: Gather, refine, and prioritize website requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and conversion goals.
• User Journey Evolution: Lead continuous improvements across key e-commerce areas: search, personalized storefronts, product detail pages (PDP), cart, and checkout flow.
• Metrics and Results: Monitor daily product KPIs (Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Bounce Rate, Cart Abandonment) and propose data-driven action plans.
• Integrations and Payment Methods: Ensure the proper operation and evolution of integrations with payment gateways, anti-fraud systems, search tools, and partner systems.
• Partnership with CRO: Support the CRO squad in implementing and monitoring A/B tests, turning behavioral insights into permanent site improvements.
• Writing User Stories and Acceptance Testing: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the engineering team and ensure delivery quality through thorough acceptance testing (QA).
