Key responsibilities & impact

Performs systems analysis and provides support and guidance to end-users for company applications and administration systems
Acts as a liaison between internal business staff, IT technical teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and drive system solutions to support business strategies and objectives
Creates training documents and maintains project files and updates
Works closely with moderate to complex support issues and performs as a subject matter expert (SME)

Bachelor's Degree – related experience can substitute
5 years of related experience in programming, systems analysis, or business analysis
Understanding of project management methodologies
