Business Analyst – Level II, Senior – Sales and Account Management
USAble LifeBusiness Analyst supporting Partner Management, Sales, and Account Management with process improvement and project leadership in a remote capacity. Collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to strategic initiatives for operational effectiveness.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Partner Management, Sales, and Account Management by performing business analysis, process improvement, and project leadership
- Works with Partner Management, Sales, Account Management, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements
- Establishes metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of projects
- Oversees testing of each delivered objective to ensure defects are resolved before user acceptance testing
- Coordinates with project team members to obtain information related to functionality
- Creates and provides functional requirement documents to project team members
- Contributes to business process improvement and policy analysis work for corporate strategic initiatives
- Serves as the project lead for multiple medium and large complex projects
- Gathers, analyzes, documents, and validates the needs of business stakeholders
- Creates training documents and facilitates training on new systems and/or process implementations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of business process analysis and improvement experience
- Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving experience
- Ability to document scope of a small to medium project
- Experience with process mapping and formal process documentation
- 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, operational improvement, data analysis, or reporting (Senior Business Analyst role)
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis competencies (Senior Business Analyst role)
- Advanced information gathering, planning, and organizational skills (Senior Business Analyst role)
- Demonstrated ability to scope, lead, and deliver large, complex initiatives (Senior Business Analyst role)
