Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform discovery, delivery, and performance management of digital and technology products and experiences
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to solve complex problems and optimize customer experiences
  • Design and drive implementation of multi-platform technology and digital solutions
  • Optimize existing products and experiences across channels and platforms to improve KPIs and KRIs
  • Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Use research, business and market intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps
  • Translate product and experience opportunities into initiatives, requirements, and features
  • Drive execution strategy and shepherd opportunities from idea through market validation
  • Collaborate with Business, UX, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and subject matter experts
  • Create business case artifacts and hypotheses for product opportunity scoping
  • Analyze and report product performance against KPIs and KRIs
  • Generate insights using varied tools and resources to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop customer and stakeholder relationships to understand current and future business needs
  • Prepare presentations and communications explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Research and apply industry best practices and trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 4 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, or Research/Testing
  • 1 year of Customer Contact Channel experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry may substitute for 1 year of the minimum experience required
  • Ability to effectively develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology
  • Experience leading and managing Identity and Access Management experiences for websites, mobile apps, and call centers is preferred as a differentiator
  • Ability to identify high-impact Identity and Access Management solutions and translate them into a clear product vision
  • Ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of digital products
  • Familiarity with fraud prevention, data and analytics, and solution scalability
  • US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
  • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT Training Plans
