Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze member and household performance to support partners in the lines of business and across the Association, including strategy teams.
Support ad hoc analyses, performance reporting insights and data storytelling, and forecasting.
Gather, manipulate and synthesize data to draw conclusions and make recommendations resulting in implementable strategies.
Participate in discussions with cross functional teams to understand and collaborate on business objectives and influence solution strategies.
Apply advanced analytical techniques to medium to large scale business problems with impact to current and/or future business strategy.
Deliver analysis/findings to influence mid to upper level management and drive business decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a business or quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
2 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility in Finance OR Advanced degree in quantitative analytics field with 2 years experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the respective industry of responsibility in Finance.
Competency in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to drive fact-based decision-making.
Intermediate and some advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods.
