Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑phased ecosystem initiatives, translating strategy into integrated, actionable delivery across product, platform, and partner workstreams.
Orchestrate cross‑functional teams in a highly matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders around a unified roadmap while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution performance.
Drive seamless, connected customer journeys by coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring technical integration, operational readiness, and consistent delivery quality.
Serve as the central point of leadership and executive communication, providing clear visibility, influencing prioritization, and establishing governance, processes, and accountability to deliver scalable, high‑impact outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Financial Services or relevant military experience.
Extensive experience in developing, deploying and supporting products and/or integrated suite of products.
Experience working through agile product development process, managing multiple products simultaneously.
Knowledge and application of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
Creative problem solver with hands on experience in problem framing, qualitative & quantitative research, running product experiments, hypothesis testing and prototyping to launch products at the intersection of Human, Technology and Business dimensions.
Navigates through ambiguous contexts with confidence.
Ability to break large complex initiatives into smaller manageable features and capabilities and deliver them early and often.
