About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end‑to‑end execution of complex, multi‑phased ecosystem initiatives, translating strategy into integrated, actionable delivery across product, platform, and partner workstreams.
  • Orchestrate cross‑functional teams in a highly matrixed environment, aligning stakeholders around a unified roadmap while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and execution performance.
  • Drive seamless, connected customer journeys by coordinating internal teams and external partners, ensuring technical integration, operational readiness, and consistent delivery quality.
  • Serve as the central point of leadership and executive communication, providing clear visibility, influencing prioritization, and establishing governance, processes, and accountability to deliver scalable, high‑impact outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in Actuary, Underwriting, Marketing, Operations, Financial Services or relevant military experience.
  • Extensive experience in developing, deploying and supporting products and/or integrated suite of products.
  • Experience working through agile product development process, managing multiple products simultaneously.
  • Knowledge and application of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
  • Creative problem solver with hands on experience in problem framing, qualitative & quantitative research, running product experiments, hypothesis testing and prototyping to launch products at the intersection of Human, Technology and Business dimensions.
  • Navigates through ambiguous contexts with confidence.
  • Ability to break large complex initiatives into smaller manageable features and capabilities and deliver them early and often.
