Manage the daily operations of Life and Health Underwriting department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
6 years relevant experience with insurance products (selling, underwriting, issuing, servicing, or paying claims)
3 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience required
2 years of experience in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities and leading organizational change
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
Ability to analyze data, identify alternative solutions, and validate performance metrics
