Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience
8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
Experience managing senior-level or leadership recruitment
Strong consultative and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
Experience using talent market insights, data, and analytics
